Set of four 8 in serving plates with abstract color and leaf design combinations. Safe for the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Stoneware is an earth-based material that is baked at temperatures between 1100 and 1300 degrees to create plates and bowls. Compared to ceramic, it is far more resilient and doesn't absorb water. It can be used for many years in the microwave, oven, and dishwasher because it is baked at a higher temperature.
